Founded by Eric Haywood alongside the Heady ecosystem, HeadyConnection channels the technological innovations of HeadySystems, HeadyAI, and HeadyOS into programs that directly serve underserved communities. Our operating model is simple: the commercial success of the Heady platform funds the non-profit mission, creating a virtuous cycle where technological excellence enables social impact.
We deliver free AI education through in-person workshops, virtual bootcamps, and self-paced online courses. Our curriculum covers AI fundamentals, prompt engineering, data literacy, and ethical AI use. We've trained over 3,000 participants across 15 cities, with particular focus on communities with limited access to technology education.
Our flagship tool uses HeadyAI's research capabilities to help nonprofits write grant proposals. The system matches organizations with relevant funders, generates draft proposals tailored to funder requirements, checks compliance against guidelines, and tracks deadlines.
